Return and Refund Policy:

·       We offer detailed images of our products from multiple angles, often with common objects placed alongside, to help you better understand the size and dimensions.

Important Notes:

1.A flat charge of ₹100 applies for both COD and Prepaid orders.

2.The return or exchange process may take 10–15 working days, depending on your location.

Additional Return Conditions:

1.If, at the time of return pickup, your pincode is found to be non-serviceable in our system, the responsibility to send the product back to us via any local courier service will lie with the customer.

2.The courier charges incurred for this return will be adjusted in your refund amount.

3.Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.

4.A flat ₹100 deduction will apply to all return refunds, applicable to both COD and prepaid orders.

5.The complete return and refund process may take 8–13 working days from the date the product is returned.

6.Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 1–2 working days.

7.For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method, and depending on your bank, this may take an additional 3–4 working days to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation:

1.Cancellation requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and you will receive an email once it’s completed.

2.Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Workflow:

1.Refunds may be delayed due to issues with your bank or payment partner, but these are usually resolved within 7–8 working days without further action required.

2.Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct an inspection, and the payment will be processed within 5–7 working days thereafter.

Return Requirements:

1.To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including the packaging it was delivered in.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges for products purchased from our website.
