Important Notes:

• Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• A flat charge of ₹100 applies for both COD and prepaid orders.
• The return or exchange process may take 10-15 working days, depending on your location.

Order Cancellation:

• Cancellation requests are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email once it’s completed.
• Once the Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Workflow:

·       Refunds may be delayed due to issues with your bank or payment partner, but these are usually resolved within 7-8 working days without further action required.

·       Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct an inspection, and the payment will be processed within 5-7 working days thereafter.

Return Requirements:

·        To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including the packaging it was delivered in.

Exchanges:
