Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for pre-paid orders, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please note, this policy does not apply to COD orders. We currently do not provide a 7-day return/refund option for COD purchases.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Instructions for Product Returns:

For returns, a flat rate shipping fee of ₹100.00 is applicable.
Maintain the product in the condition it was received.

After your return request is accepted, we will arrange for pickup.
Once we receive and approve the product's condition, we will process the full refund within one working day.
